It's August already :x

I'm not really up to much, hanging out sometimes, usually with Becky and Alexis (when they are around). It has been nice, the past five days, because my mom and I are the only ones home; my dad is at the beach and Maggie is on a trip with her friend. I finally started The Blind Assassin, but I keep getting sucked into the story and not thinking about enough to write the paper. I haven't looked at Hardball yet, but I pretty much finished the Statistics packet. Yay for no Psychology assignment.
The news is talking about the dispute of the age requirement for drinking. Apparently some people think keeping it higher is dangerous. Personally I think having one at all is dangerous, but I will not get into that.
I think I'll go read more...with a pencil.

Oh, summer.

So far, it's been filled with reading, shopping, chilling, cooking, painting, and catching up on sleep. I want to do something fun and fufilling and meaningful and all that good stuff, but I've yet to decide what it is. I'm probably only going to the beach for one week this summer instead of the usual one month. It's a little sad, but I'm pretty sure I'll get over it. Hopefully that means I can hang out with my friends more- if they're in town ever, that is. And right now, I think I'm going to go finish season one of Gilmore Girls :D

Oh,what a weekend. I almost killed a deer, got lost attempting to go to the movies, caught a firefly, watched some movies, thought about doing homework, cleaned furniture, went to the lake with peeps.
Yep. Maybe I'll play some Mario.
